Key Business Development Manager

Job Overview:
Zameen is a leading real estate company that is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join its Business Development team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for staying updated with the real estate market, working on generated leads, setting client appointments, determining client needs, and facilitating negotiation with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Stay updated with the real estate market to identify new business opportunities.
- Work on generated leads by calling to meet KPIs per day.
- Set 10 client appointments with at least one meeting to be conducted per day.
- Determine client needs and financial ability to propose the most suitable project.
- Assist potential clients with project site visits.
- Facilitate negotiation with clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Laptop/Mobile/Internet Device
