Job Role:
  • Responsible for growing the company's revenue by building long-term relationships with existing and new clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs, which includes requirement gathering activities such as identifying project requirements while collaborating with the client and the project manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients for setting and managing their expectations early, being aware of potential issues that require proactive communication to ensure that the correct products and services are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Act as a bridge between the client and the project manager to ensure timely communication and coordination.
  • Perform UAT for assigned projects and provide walkthroughs of the latest mobile app builds, features, and functionalities to assigned clients.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a zest for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent people management skills.
