Project Associate Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Associate to oversee the implementation of all project activities.

  • This includes providing day-to-day oversight and guidance to project team members, supervising the establishment of libraries, delivery of training sessions, book development, and dissemination of books and multimedia content.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the education or development sector.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely, quality, and within-budget delivery of project milestones, conducting field visits to monitor implementation progress, and making timely adjustments as needed.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for reviewing work plans, reports, and completed activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards.

In addition, the Project Associate will lead regular coordination meetings with stakeholders, act as a liaison between ITA and key partners, collaborate with finance and operations teams, and organize meetings.

We are looking for an individual with strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills, demonstrated experience managing project budgets and reporting, and proficiency in MS Office and experience with project tracking/reporting tools.

The role requires ability and willingness to travel frequently across Pakistan and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
