Job Overview:

The Education Officer - Northern Zone is responsible for delivering academic supplies to new and upcoming classes, maintaining receiving records, and sending centralized examination data to the head office. This role also involves compiling teacher evaluation forms, library records, and Board results, as well as preparing monthly visit schedules for the E.Team and arranging logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all records of the department, including education policies and information files
  • Deliver academic policies and information/letters to all schools
  • Communicate with schools for daily routine workings and follow up with respective education boards for information related to schools
  • Prepare financial demands for different education materials, trainings, and other affairs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of educational policies and procedures
