Graphic Design Team Lead

Foster a collaborative and creative environment, leading a team of skilled graphic designers to deliver high-quality visual designs and exceed client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop effective design solutions that meet business objectives.
  3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and delivering results-driven outcomes.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incorporating innovative design techniques into projects and maintaining a high level of expertise in graphic design software.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in graphic design with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, demonstrating leadership skills and expertise in team management.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and completed projects that demonstrate creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive project success.
  5. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
