Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team in deploying strategic initiatives and driving business growth.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Setting clear and SMART objectives to ensure delivery of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan
  • Estimating and analyzing category development potential for each category within the Food and Beverage segment
  • Implementing and cascading action plans to execute counter strategies
  • Reviewing progress at weekly meetings and taking corrective action as appropriate

The successful candidate will also be accountable for improving market share through identification of untapped channels, new towns, brand and pack size, and optimal rack productivity.

A university graduate or master's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience are preferred.
