As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's HR functions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and Policy Management
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining policies that align with employment regulations.
  • Policies Development and Review
  • Identifying areas where new policies are needed and creating them accordingly.
  • HR Team Management
  • Leading and guiding an HR team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Employee Performance Monitoring
  • Monitoring employee attendance, lateness, and performance.
  • Training and Development
  • Designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Supporting managers and staff in resolving employee grievances or conflicts.
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Reviewing and setting pay structures, employee perks, and benefits.

Requirements

Skills Requirements:
  • Excellent English Language Speaking Skills
  • Effective communication, listening, and verbalization skills
  • Strong leadership skills to guide an HR team and motivate staff
  • A solid understanding of employment law principles
  • The ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Knowledge of relevant computer systems and software
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Solid ethics, morals, and sound judgment
Qualifications:
  • MBA/BBA with specialization in Human Resource Management
  • HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) are advantageous
Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in a managerial role

Work Mode:

Office-based work environment

Shift Time:

10am-7pm
