Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Analyze existing policies and make recommendations for improvements or changes as required.
  • Assess areas where new policies are needed and create them accordingly.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Monitor employee performance, including attendance and lateness, and take appropriate action to address any issues.
  • Design and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and staff on employee-related matters, including grievances and conflicts.
  • Develop and maintain pay structures and employee benefits to ensure fairness and equity.
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications
  • Excellent English language speaking skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • A solid understanding of employment law principles.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound judgments.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Solid ethics and morals.
Education and Experience
  • MBA/BBA with specialization in Human Resource Management.
  • HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) are desirable.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a managerial role.
