As a senior Zoho developer, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing various modules in the Zoho platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, customize, and administer all Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM, Books, Projects, Analytics, Sales IQ, and Desk.
  • Develop and maintain sync integrations between applications in the Zoho platform.
  • Test changes and solutions in development environments before go-live.

You will work closely with internal teams to understand business processes and requirements to implement and customize various modules. You will also communicate with external parties to source or communicate information as required.

In this role, you will create and maintain automation using workflows, custom functions, and widgets. You will develop and manage user access privileges, homepage dashboards, module, and field-level customizations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Ability to create logical workflows, relevant field creation, and data mapping.
  • Certification as a Zoho Certified Administrator is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of all Zoho One Apps, mainly: CRM, Analytics, Books, Sales IQ, Desk, Survey, and Campaigns.
  • Database management and data management software.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and an active listener.
