About Us:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Developer to expand our client base through strategic bidding, email marketing, and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Bidding:
  • Lead Upwork and Freelancer bidding efforts to secure high-value technical projects.
  • Develop customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage the bidding process from start to finish, including client communication and negotiation.
  • Client Outreach & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and email marketing.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, addressing their technical needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and regularly follow up on potential opportunities.
  • Strategy and Reporting:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve bidding success rates and client acquisition.
  • Analyze outreach performance and generate regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role in a software house or IT service company.
  • Demonstrated success in Upwork/Freelancer bidding for technical projects.
  • Strong expertise in cold calling and email marketing to generate leads.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans to improve client outreach and conversion rates.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with software development projects, especially in mobile, AI, web, and blockchain domains.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
