Job Overview

The IT Operations Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of information technology systems, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and accessible to all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hardware Maintenance: Manage and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Operations Planning: Plan, organize, and direct the operations of information systems and electronic data processing.
  3. Policy Development: Develop policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations.
  4. Team Management: Hire and manage IT personnel to design, develop, implement, operate, and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks, and information systems.
  5. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating systems to resolve technical issues.
  6. User Support: Provide orientation and training to new users on existing technology.
  7. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
