Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Design Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user interfaces for apps, websites, and internal systems, analyzing user data, conducting usability studies, and turning insights into actionable UI/UX improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end user interfaces for apps, websites, and internal systems.
  • Analyze user data and conduct usability studies to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using industry-standard tools.
  • Plan and execute usability sessions to gather feedback from users.
  • Presentation of design recommendations to stakeholders.
  • User interviews, focus groups, and field visits to collect real user feedback.
  • Creatation and analysis of surveys and questionnaires.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to enhance user experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (design, computer science, or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design & user research.
  • Strong skills in tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, Sketch, AI tools, etc.
  • Good command over Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of usability principles and design systems.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder handling abilities.
  • Comfortable with on-ground visits and direct interaction with users.
