Job Title

A user experience designer responsible for creating intuitive and inclusive digital products.

This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test user interfaces that meet the needs of our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of usability principles, human-centered design, and design systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design user interfaces for apps, websites, and internal systems, ensuring they are accessible and user-friendly.
  • Analyze user data and conduct usability studies to turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design & user research.
  • Strong skills in tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, Sketch, AI tools, etc.
  • Good command over Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of usability principles and design systems.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder handling abilities.
