Job Overview

The Production Designer plays a pivotal role in crafting an immersive digital experience by developing visually captivating, user-centric designs that boost engagement and foster brand loyalty.

This key position requires collaboration with various teams to design and map creative customer journeys, ensuring each touchpoint is both aesthetically pleasing and optimized for user experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of UX research methods, such as A/B testing and user interviews, and be proficient in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of digital projects, from e-commerce and social media to email marketing and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Designing and Mapping Customer Journeys: Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and brand strategy teams to create engaging and cohesive customer experiences across multiple digital touchpoints.
  2. Iterative Design and Development: Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to adapt digital creatives to meet campaign goals and objectives.
  3. Cross-Channel Asset Creation: Develop visual assets for various digital channels, including e-commerce, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  4. Technical Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and troubleshoot design challenges to deliver seamless user experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in graphics design, digital marketing, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in design & digital marketing; retail experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Familiarity with UX research methods such as A/B testing, user interviews, surveys
  • Excellent collaboration skills across teams
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello)
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is advantageous
