Responsibilities:

- Drive the development and execution of robust sales strategies for the modern trade channel to deliver sustainable growth in volume, value, and market share across the region.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key modern trade customers, including national and regional chains, to build long-term business value.
- Lead annual joint business planning (JBP) negotiations, including commercial terms, margin structures, promotional calendars, and in-store activation plans.
- Ensure best-in-class execution at the point of sale by optimizing product assortment, shelf availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across all modern trade outlets.
- Monitor and analyze category performance, shopper behavior, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and enhance commercial strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and operational excellence.
- Manage and optimize trade investment, sales forecasting, and channel budgets to drive efficiency and maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in modern trade sales within the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation, conflict management, relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
- Computer skills including MS Office such as outlook, word, excel, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience.
