Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions and relationships through CRM systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (internships included).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation techniques is a plus.
  • Experience with bidding on freelance platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with teams in person.
