Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in implementing the company's talent acquisition strategy, identifying and attracting top talent to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting sourcing activities to fill open positions, leveraging various channels and networks to find the best candidates.
  • Analyzing organizational development needs and anticipating future employment requirements to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Designing and managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, interviews, and background checks, to ensure seamless candidate experience.
  • Serving as brand ambassador at events such as career fairs and on-campus recruiting events, promoting the company's culture and values.
  • BUILDING LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS with past and potential candidates to foster a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Managing candidate pools to keep qualified candidates engaged for current or future opportunities.

Coordination:

Maintaining swift coordination between team members and support departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Follow Up:

Ensuring complete follow-up from the team regarding sales and credits to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Record Management:

Maintaining accurate records of estimated sales, current sales, and team activities to inform data-driven decisions.

Track:

Utilizing the tracking portal to monitor daily working hours and team performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
