About the Position

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our EWS Group family. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Club Software products.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a customer service or helpdesk environment, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and website applications. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is also required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support and issue resolution via email, phone, ticketing systems, and live chat.
  • Troubleshooting and escalating complex technical issues to senior support engineers.
  • Developing and maintaining product knowledge and training materials for clients.
  • Collaborating with development, QA, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
