Job Title: Accounting Manager

About This Role

This position entails managing the accounting and monitoring systems for a company's finances, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure seamless audits and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as bankers and statutory organizations, to facilitate smooth business operations.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing day-to-day financial activities, including cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  2. Analyzing financial data to inform business decisions and optimize financial performance.
  3. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain effective internal controls.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in finance and accounting, preferably with CA Finalist certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, with a focus on financial management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
