Job Title: Payroll Officer

Job Description:

As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing the payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, and maintaining compliance with local regulations.

  • Payroll Processing: Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accurate salary calculations, statutory compliance, and timely disbursements.

  • Payroll Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports to support management and finance teams in decision-making and compliance.

  • Continuous Improvement Responsibilities: Regularly review and optimize payroll processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (HR, Finance, or related field)

3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll management

In-depth knowledge of Pakistan's labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll systems
