We're seeking a strategic Marketing Operations Lead to oversee user acquisition and monetization across our diverse portfolio of 100+ apps and games. This role will play a key part in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for user acquisition and monetization to meet business goals.
  • Collaboration and Team Leadership: Work closely with the Head of Marketing, UA and monetization teams to set and monitor KPIs for UA and monetization performance, prioritize efforts, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monetization Optimization: Streamline UA strategy across paid and organic channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Applovin, Unity, and app store optimization (ASO), to maximize cost-effectiveness and scalability.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage UA budgets to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with business objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Payback Period) to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in mobile marketing operations, UA, or monetization, preferably in a gaming or apps environment.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience managing and scaling teams, building high-performing teams, and mentoring talent.
  • Analytics and Data Science: Expertise with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer), A/B testing tools, and dashboards, as well as strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
  • Mobile Monetization Strategies: Deep knowledge of ad platforms, ASO, and programmatic advertising, including IAP, subscriptions, and ad mediation networks.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey strategies, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
