Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand existing customer relationships
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS CHALLENGES AND PROPOSE TAILORED SOLUTIONS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized sales pitches and proposals
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales strategies and improve results

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
