We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Bitrix, Zoho, and other CRMs.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Management:Create, customize, and manage multiple pipelines within Bitrix, ensuring smooth lead progression through various stages.
  • Lead Generation: Integrate with Facebook using API and other platforms to bring in leads. Also, set up lead generation from the company website (WordPress) and effectively manage lead data.
  • User Management:Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Bitrix. Ensure the right access levels are assigned based on user roles.
  • Workflow Automation:Design and implement complex workflows and processes within Bitrix to automate tasks, streamline lead management, and enhance efficiency.
  • Pipelines and Sales Performance Analytics: Set up and maintain analytics to track pipeline and sales performance, and provide reports to management.
  • Integration: Integrate Bitrix with other systems and tools as needed to improve data flow and process efficiency.
  • Customization: Create and customize special purpose applications (SPAs) and other tools to meet specific business needs.
  • Role-Based Permissions: Set and enforce role-based permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Bitrix, with demonstrable expertise in creating and managing pipelines, workflows, and user roles.
  • Experience with other CRM systems, particularly Zoho, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in integrating CRM systems with external platforms, such as Facebook, websites, and other lead sources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create and interpret data and reports.
  • Customization skills in creating SPAs or other tools to meet unique business requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM data migration and maintenance best practices.
