The role of Service Quality Manager focuses on the implementation of dedicated resources to introduce and monitor service quality standards. The position involves conducting customer surveys, spot checks, mystery shopping, and trainings to review front and back-end processes. This includes improving time-to-achieve (TAT), productivity, and service quality for both external and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of analytical and communication skills.
- Hold an MBA in Marketing from a recognized university.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in banking, specifically in service quality departments.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery.
