Director of Sales and Marketing

Job Overview:
This position is responsible for driving sales growth and developing effective marketing strategies to promote products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet individual monthly targets.
- Effective communication with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
- Managing customer relationships and resolving any complaints.
- Updating the Oracle-based ERP Sales system and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales goals.
Long-term Objectives:
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Creating and distributing promotional materials to target audiences.
- Preparing presentations for delegations and meetings to promote products and services.
- Appointing and managing sales agents nationwide and internationally.
- Organizing events and public gatherings to engage with customers and promote products.
- Conducting competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
- BBA degree in Marketing or MBA preferred.
- Strong background knowledge of the housing industry.
- Proficiency in database management and computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Urdu, and local languages.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Good personality and strong interpersonal skills.
