**Job Title:** Sales and Recoveries Director

 

Sales Development:

The Sales and Recoveries Director will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new market opportunities and developing effective sales strategies to capture them.
  • Leading the business development team to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Building strong relationships with dealers and identifying potential partners for strategic alliances.

 

Collections and Recoveries:

The Director will also oversee collections and recoveries operations, ensuring that delinquent accounts are managed effectively and receivables are maintained at a healthy level. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive collection strategy for the region.
  • Managing relationships with collection agencies and attorneys to ensure efficient and cost-effective recovery of debts.
  • Monitoring credit risk levels and recommending adjustments to the company's credit management policy as needed.

 

Department Coordination:

To ensure seamless integration across departments, the Director will work closely with HR, After Sales, Customer Care, Central Sales, and Accounts & Finance teams on various initiatives such as:

  • HR-related activities including training, performance evaluations, and implementation of HR policies.
  • Collaboration on dealer orders, ledgers, and cash flow management.
  • Providing input on HR policies and procedures to support the department's objectives.

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
