Regional Accounts Supervisor

This role is primarily responsible for overseeing and supervising overall regional accounts activities, including funds flow management, payables process, payroll disbursement, receivables, financial reporting, and financial transactions and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the overall functions of the Accounts department for the South Region & Online Sales.
  2. Billing of projects and corporate customers.
  3. Manage corporate receivables and follow up with the Sales team and customers.
  4. Finalize expenses budget for the Sales & Marketing division.
  5. Oversee funds flow management.
  6. Handle DS&M personal expenses.
  7. Assist DHOS & DS&M with financial and sales matters.
  8. Verify sales and Capex cases from other regions before presenting to DS&M.
  9. Obtain systematic approvals via DS&M SAP ID.
  10. Manage bank alliances and loyalty programs.
  11. Oversee payment processing and documentation.
  12. Manage payroll and final settlements for the South Region.
  13. Supervise payable activities, vendors, contractors, and employee adjustments in the South Region.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified ACCA, CA (Finalist), or CMA with a strong background in accounting and financial management.
  2. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, including 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  3. Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
  4. Strong understanding of project billing, receivables, payroll, and budgeting.
  5. Experience managing regional accounts, vendors, and inter-regional financial coordination.
  6. Familiarity with banking transactions, loyalty programs, and financial governance.
  7. Excellent coordination skills with leadership and sales teams.
  8. Ability to lead and supervise regional teams effectively.
  9. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
