Reporting to: Regional Director Corporate Sales South

Job Responsibilities:
- As a functional head of GCSS sub region, this role is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive approach to GCSS sales, solutions delivery and customer services to achieve revenue and Gross add targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive GCSS sales and achieve revenue targets
- Lead and inspire a sales & services team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure success in both sales and services management
- Collaborate with industry growth, fixed and mobility products and DICT Support teams to understand and customize GCSS Solutions for industries & accounts in respective sub regions
- Ensure seamless delivery of solutions to client, meeting their specific requirements and exceeding expectations
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate accounts
- Act as a liaison between corporate accounts and internal teams to address concerns, provide solutions, and maintain high client satisfaction levels thus ensuring long term retention of accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for GCSS market
- Develop and nurture a robust sales pipeline through market intel, networking, prospecting, and lead generation
- Oversee the post-sales service delivery to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Implement service improvement initiatives based on client feedback Collaborate for negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring that contract terms and conditions are favorable and compliant
- Stay informed about needs of different industries for GCSS Products & Solutions
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, service delivery metrics, and client satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
- In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above.

- Minimum experience of 5 years or above
