Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 50-60 individuals
  • Efficiently execute department operations within given resources, managing leave and shift schedules
  • Enable team members to perform their roles effectively by providing guidance and support
  • Maintain customer service standards using recognized benchmarks and continuously improve them
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with staff and follow up on ongoing projects to ensure timely completion
  • Develop a high-performing team that consistently achieves assigned targets and goals
  • Create a professional work environment where individuals are treated equally and fairly, promoting diversity and inclusion
  • Implement company policies and procedures while fostering a culture of compliance and accountability
  • Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement to optimize operations
  • Analyze training needs and develop staff for next-level roles to enhance career growth and development
  • Foster operations improvement and business development initiatives to drive growth and success
Requirements:Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Skills:
  • Leadership skills, team management, process creation and revamp, project management, situation handling, focused approach, calm under pressure, proactive, hardworking, intelligent, time-driven, soft-spoken, dedicated, quick learner, team player, individual contributor, solution provider
Experience:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in managing teams and departments, preferably in an international setting
  • International recruitment, customer support, business operations, call center operations, and project management experience
