Your Opportunity
  1. Identify and capitalize on strategic business opportunities across the healthcare diagnostics landscape, focusing on sustainable growth and innovation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial success, operational excellence, and market expansion.
  3. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at major customer accounts, ensuring high customer engagement and satisfaction.
  4. Lead customer development and product awareness efforts by providing expert guidance, insights into value propositions, and technical support.
  5. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform data-driven strategies, mitigate risks, and leverage emerging opportunities.
  6. Champion brand promotion and product positioning through impactful campaigns, using market research to refine messaging and increase visibility.
  7. Manage tender processes, develop winning bid strategies, and secure high-value contracts through strategic negotiation.
  8. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  9. Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training to build team capability and engagement.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in health diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Able to lead and develop teams towards high-impact performance.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Analytical mindset with strategic insight.
  • Experience in tendering, contract management, and negotiations.
  • Self-motivated leader with collaborative drive.
  • Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6–8 years in Sales & Market Development within the IVD industry.
  • Proficiency in portfolio management and analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.
