We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Officer.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality HR support, including policy development, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Senior HR Manager in revising and developing policies and procedures.
- Take ownership of the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of staff.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees, working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and ensure secure storage.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal cycles, ensuring timely completion of reviews and objective setting.
- Identify and address staff development needs, creating relevant learning programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide guidance on company policies, benefits, and employee queries, escalating concerns to the Senior HR Manager when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5-6 years of hands-on HR experience, particularly in organizational development, policy development, HR operations, recruitment, and analytics.
- Excellent self-management skills, including motivation, adaptability, and pressure handling.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration.
