Senior Operations ManagerWe are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our Sheikhupura division's business operations. This role requires strategic planning, execution, and management of daily tasks to achieve desired outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • To manage and optimize fiber deployment, OPEX maintenance, network maintenance, and risk management to meet PTCL standards.
  • To oversee GPON network operations in Sheikhupura and ensure compliance with PTCL's CHI standards.
  • To conduct regular QA health checks in Kasur district and resolve issues promptly.
  • To maintain network availability in Sheikhupura as per PTCL standards.
  • To implement risk management in GPON/copper projects.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in telecom operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Presentation and analytical skills are also essential.
