Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial databases and records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Train and mentor junior accounting staff members
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and excellent collaboration skills
