
Office Receptionist Role

In this role, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with visitors and clients on a daily basis. As a front desk officer, your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide assistance with administrative tasks.
- You will be responsible for managing the reception area, including receiving and sorting mail, deliveries, and courier shipments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential in this role, as you will be required to answer phone calls, respond to emails, and interact with visitors.
- A strong attention to detail and organizational skills will enable you to maintain accurate records, update databases, and perform data entry tasks efficiently.
Required Qualifications: Inter or Graduation degree, 1-year experience in a similar role.
