
Sales Team Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, driving individual and team targets forward.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS or B2B software sales, with a strong track record of leadership and a passion for team success.
Key responsibilities include leading the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and onboarding, as well as supporting the team in complex client interactions and objection handling.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and analyzing sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion rates, leveraging CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot for performance tracking and team collaboration.
Strong knowledge of sales funnels, buyer journeys, and lead qualification is essential, as well as previous experience managing or mentoring a small sales team.
