Regional Sales Professional - Lead and Motivate a High-Performing Team to Drive Revenue Growth

  • As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve revenue growth targets for the allocated region. Your role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with distributors, customers, and retailers, and establishing robust mechanisms to track and monitor performance.
  • Key responsibilities include working closely with the sales team to ensure regional revenue targets are cascaded and achieved through zonal and territory sales teams; establishing and maintaining strong channel partnerships; identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in underserved markets; negotiating pricing and terms of sales agreements; and providing training and guidance to the regional sales team.
  • Strategic and business management skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to think critically and analytically. Strong leadership and management skills, as well as commercial P&L understanding, are also critical for success.
