Job Title: Senior Executive - Human ResourcesWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Executive to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection.This includes developing and implementing effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly, designing and managing performance appraisal systems, and providing guidance to managers on performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.You will also act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve conflicts amicably, promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, and ensure organizational compliance with employment regulations.Additionally, you will identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, and manage employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.Maintain and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and prepare regular reports on HR activities and outcomes.About the Role:

  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
    • Minimum 5 years in HR roles with at least 2 years in senior or supervisory capacity
    • Proficiency in HR software and systems
    • Strong command of MS Office Suite
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
