We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team, responsible for driving full-cycle hiring across the UAE and Pakistan markets. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders across corporate verticals, building strategic talent pipelines and ensuring seamless hiring experiences in a high-growth environment. You will play a crucial role in shaping our talent strategy and be empowered to bring market insights, creative sourcing methods, and candidate engagement expertise to the table.

What you'll do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles from requisition to offer across UAE and Pakistan, spanning commercial and operational roles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, offering data-driven hiring insights, talent mapping, and tailored sourcing strategies. Provide Hiring Managers with regular updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity. Work with Hiring Managers to determine best fit candidates, coordinate interviews, obtain qualitative feedback and present/manage through to the offer stage.
  • Champion a seamless and positive candidate experience, setting clear expectations and maintaining timely, transparent communication throughout the hiring journey.
  • Guide and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices, driving compliance and efficiency across all hiring processes in line with Careem's standards.
  • Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of high-caliber talent. Share market trends, competitor intelligence, and hiring benchmarks to inform decisions.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on pipeline health, time-to-fill metrics, and talent landscape insights to ensure continuous improvement and transparency.
  • Develop and drive the tech recruiting strategy for the region
  • Partner with the business throughout the hiring process, from creating job descriptions, to ensuring established processes are followed to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Proactively headhunt, screen and shortlist top talent

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within the UAE and/or Pakistan markets.
  • Deep expertise in stakeholder management, proactive sourcing, and candidate assessment and management.
  • Prior experience in high-growth environments, startups, or technology-driven companies is highly desirable.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse), and recruitment data analytics.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated skills in pipeline management and reporting are an asset.
