Job Summary

As a web application support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional remote-based support to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

This is a fully remote job that operates from 6 PM to 2 AM as per standard timings. You will be working closely with the project management team and development team to ensure seamless issue resolution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support End-User Inquiries: Assess site functionality, architecture, and data content to resolve issues and ensure positive customer experience.
  2. Assess Issue Criticality: Determine the severity of each issue and update end-users within the targeted time frame.
  3. Provide After-Hour Support: Communicate with clients within established SLA guidelines during off-peak hours.
  4. Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with project management and development teams to confirm issue validity and set client expectations.
  5. Develop SQL Queries: Update front and back-end site content using SQL commands.
  6. Perform Site Administration: Conduct day-to-day tasks including maintenance and updating site content.
  7. Generate Reports: Create customized reports as per request.
  8. Code Deployment: Deploy code within designated environments.
  9. System Communication: Coordinate with Rogers team for data interchange and account administration.
  10. Independent Work: Manage priorities and timelines for various support issues autonomously.
