Prospecting and Sales Representative

Senew Tech is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to play a key role in our sales team and drive revenue growth.
Job FunctionThis role involves identifying and engaging with potential customers to fuel our sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including online research and targeted outreach.
- Outbound Engagement: Initiate contact with leads via phone calls and social media to introduce our products/services and create interest.
- Needs Assessment: Evaluate the needs and purchasing authority of leads to determine their fit for our solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with leads to address inquiries and overcome objections.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for our Account Executives with qualified leads.
- Prior experience in a Business Development Representative role or similar is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- You must be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong Sales and management abilities are essential.
