The Sr. HR Generalist role will assist in talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement.

  1. Manage recruitment processes, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
  2. Draft and issue employment agreements and offer letters.
  3. Coordinate and document employee separations.
  4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
  5. Execute training needs assessments.
  6. Assist with performance reviews.
  7. Handle payroll processing, including commissions and variable compensation.
  8. Manage JIRA tickets and Confluence.
  9. Ensure quarterly goals are reviewed and processed timely.
  10. Provide corporate reports and analysis as requested.

Requirements:

Education:

An MBA degree from a reputable institution is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

· 3+ years of HR experience, including at least two years in recruitment.

· Experience in developing and implementing HR best practices.

· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools.
