Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in the HRIS.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures; communicate policies to staff and ensure legal and company compliance.
  • Support benefits enrollment, handle employee inquiries, and collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth benefits administration.
  • Assist managers with performance reviews, improvement plans, and employee relations issues.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics reports such as headcount, turnover, and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
