We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage and ensure compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards across the region.

Job Summary:
  • Develop and implement an Environmental Management System that adheres to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all environmental incidents/near misses are correctly reported to the designated Compliance Manager.
  • Maintain accurate reporting to relevant authorities and stakeholders on time.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Textile Engineering, along with a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a senior compliance role. In-depth knowledge of industry-specific processes and standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements to maintain a compliant work environment.
  • Oversee audit processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Engage with external stakeholders such as regulatory bodies and brands to promote transparency and cooperation.
  • Support corporate responsibility initiatives in line with global standards.

This is a mid-senior level full-time role requiring strong knowledge of local environmental laws and regulations relevant to the textile industry. A certified Lead Auditor in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) would be advantageous.
