Onboarding Specialist: Sales Enablement Expert

This role involves delivering content that helps employees develop their skills and knowledge.

The Onboarding Specialist is accountable for conducting informative training sessions, helping new team members navigate their onboarding schedule, and contributing to the growth of the onboarding program.

The Onboarding Specialist is a lead role on the onboarding facilitation team that reports to the Sales Onboarding Program Manager.

The ideal candidate has experience working in or developing an onboarding program that delivered value to new team members from offer acceptance to hitting their first quota.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training to entry to mid-level front-line Sales staff
  • Support multiple classes of new team members through initial onboarding and ramp period
  • Coach new team members on sales strategy and process adherence during early stages of on-the-job experience
  • Conduct exercises and activities enhancing the learning process
  • Create and source enablement content including internal product one-pagers, eLearning experiences, email templates, talking points/scripts, role plays, and sales playbooks
  • Schedule training sessions and align with the Sales Onboarding Program Manager on launching new onboarding initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or a related field
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with ability to engage and inspire learners
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering training content for sales teams
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness and implement improvements
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Passion for sales, enablement, and developing top-performing teams
