About us
We are looking for a Business Development professional to join our team and help drive sales growth nationwide.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or similar fields.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers across the country.
- Monitor dealer performance and implement strategies to improve sales where needed.
- Collaborate with dealers on local marketing efforts, product education, and promotional campaigns.
- Visit key dealers periodically to reinforce the brand and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify potential dealers in untapped or underperforming markets.
- Evaluate and onboard new dealers, ensuring proper setup, training, and first-order support.
- Actively grow the company's presence in high-potential regions through strategic dealer appointments.
- Track regional and dealer-wise sales performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Prepare clear and actionable reports to share with senior management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for relationship building, are essential for this role.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented individuals who are willing to travel across the country for dealer visits and fieldwork are encouraged to apply.
