Training Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our organization's training initiatives. This key role involves improving employee productivity, designing and implementing effective training programs, and assessing developmental needs across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Training and Organizational Development, with experience in evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of completed training programs, modifying them as needed, and developing engaging training materials using various media.

  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of completed training programs, modifying them as needed and developing engaging training materials using various media.
  • Develop trainer development programs and coach colleagues involved in training efforts, providing growth and development opportunities.
  • Create property communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters to keep employees informed about property events and general information.
  • Organize, facilitate, and order supplies for employee events.
  • Monitor departmental spending and make informed decisions.
  • Embody the organization's desired culture and philosophies.
  • Collaborate effectively with management and human resources staff.
Key Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Training and Organizational Development.
  2. A Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable institution.
  3. Ability to identify and address organizational training needs.
  4. Prior experience in Financial Institutions/Banks is preferred.
