Job Title: Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and customer satisfaction as a Business Development Director. This pivotal role involves retaining existing customers through exceptional service and loyalty programs, developing new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing untapped markets, overseeing staff administration to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining discipline and upholding high standards within the team, analyzing daily collection reports to inform strategic decisions, collaborating with HR to recruit top talent for the center, and managing staff salaries and benefits to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of staff administration, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Analyze daily collection reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage staff salaries and benefits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
