Job Title: Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This role is responsible for designing and developing software solutions that meet business needs.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support solution implementation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions align with technology strategy and meet business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Work closely with the Platform Team to align architecture with organizational goals.
  • Manage external development teams, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the software platform and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Drive innovation in processes, workflows, and development strategies.

About You:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in software development, with hands-on experience in architecture and code, preferably within E-commerce, FinTech, or subscription-based environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Node.js, React, REST APIs, and SQL/MySQL databases.
  • Actively involved in coding and development within the last 2 years.
  • Good knowledge and experience in ERP (e.g., Odoo), CRM, AWS, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead external development teams and provide mentorship within the organization.
  • Strong expertise in conducting code reviews and maintaining high coding standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
