Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to guarantee seamless shipment handling and excellent customer service.
  • Business Development: Identify new leads through networking, cold calls, and industry events to drive sales growth.
  • Follow-up: Actively follow up on leads, manage sales tasks, and close deals efficiently to meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in logistics or NVOCC industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • Knowledge of NVOCC export processes.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
