We are seeking a skilled Leads Conversion Professional to drive successful lead conversion for our innovative Retrofit Kit solution.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond promptly to incoming leads on WhatsApp, addressing inquiries and messages from potential customers.
- Engage leads in meaningful conversations, understanding their pain points, preferences, and transportation needs.
- Present the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our Retrofit Kit, demonstrating its capabilities.
- Craft persuasive messages and pitches to guide leads toward informed decisions.
- Provide detailed product information, ensuring clear understanding of the Retrofit Kit's capabilities.
- Address concerns and objections professionally and reassuringly.
- Nurture leads over time, building rapport and trust through consistent communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions based on individual lead profiles.
- Maintain organized records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools.
- Meet lead conversion targets, contributing to overall sales success.
- Proven experience in lead conversion or sales, with remote communication platform skills.
- Exceptional written communication skills, conveying complex concepts concisely and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, identifying conversion opportunities.
- Quick thinking and adaptable to different lead personas and scenarios.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms.
- Familiarity with electric mobility or automotive products (preferred).
